1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OzPuntPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OzPuntPro is a subscription-based software tool that monitors publicly available odds from Australian licensed bookmakers and identifies arbitrage opportunities — situations where the combined implied probability across bookmakers is less than 100%, allowing a mathematical profit regardless of outcome.

OzPuntPro provides information only. We do not place bets on your behalf, hold your funds, or operate as a bookmaker or financial services provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in sports betting in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this Service complies with applicable laws where you reside.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of the annual period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data provided by the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. No Financial Advice

OzPuntPro is a technology tool, not a financial advisor. Arbitrage opportunities identified by the Service are based on real-time data which may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. Odds can change between identification and placement. We do not guarantee any profit or return. You bet at your own risk.

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

7. Bookmaker Account Risk

You acknowledge that some bookmakers may restrict or close accounts that engage in systematic arbitrage betting. OzPuntPro accepts no liability for any account restrictions, closures, or withheld funds imposed by bookmakers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzPuntPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or betting losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
